About Us
The Aesthetics Medical Group is a doctor-led aesthetics and wellbeing centre. The team are dual trained aesthetics doctors and general practitioners on a mission to help men and women achieve their philosophy of beauty and wellbeing through safe, evidence-based therapies.
Dr Rebecca Boreham
QUALIFICATIONS

Co-founder of The Aesthetics Medical Group, aesthetic doctor and general practitioner (GP).

BACKGROUND
Along with her medical degree and postgraduate qualification as a GP, Dr Rebecca also has BSc in molecule genetics and a diploma in genitourinary medicine. She has special interests in musculoskeletal medicine, women’s health, and gender incongruence. She also thoroughly enjoys teaching, mentoring and is a University lecturer.

AESTHETICS
She has had a long interest in Aesthetics, learning about outcomes and safety of procedures. She is keen on using evidence-based treatments to maintain a fresh look, both for herself and always with her clients in mind.

PERSONAL INTERESTS
Dr Rebecca enjoys yoga, long dog walks and arts and crafts weekends with her two gorgeous nieces.

Dr Hannah Terefenko
QUALIFICATIONS

BACKGROUND
Along with her medical degree and postgraduate qualification as a GP, Dr Hannah has a 1st class degree in anatomy, multiple academic and clinical awards and previously worked as a project manager for clinical trials. She has also obtained her Letter of Competence (LoC) from the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health (FSRH) for insertion and removal of the subdermal contraceptive implant. Dr Hannah writes a monthly ‘ask the doctor’ column for a local magazine to support and educate the local community on a wide varied of medical issues.

AESTHETICS
Dr Hannah's passion for aesthetics was sparked by her own journey in treating melasma after her pregnancies. With her background managing clinical trials, safety and evidence-based medicine is fundamental to her work.
​
PERSONAL INTERESTS
Personally her passions include fitness, dancing, quality family time with her husband and two girls. Recent new ventures include open water swimming and paddle boarding.
